Ino Impact is a company with a mission, offering support solutions in the operational and financial management of development projects, for a controlled transition and measurable impact on populations. The company is involved in all aspects of project management, using steering, coaching and capacity-building methods that are consistent with intervention approaches based on sustainable development objectives.
Ino Impact acts as a bridge between financial institutions, the economic operators and civil society to help projects meet international environmental and social standards.
Objectives:
Ino Impact’s objective is to work alongside development players to become more involved or more assertive in an economic, societal and eco-responsible dynamic, by adapting the strategies to the founding principles of impact projects, and by adopting a tailor-made and sustainable to maximize the impact of international aid.
Activities:
Ino impact’s activities revolve around 3 components :
- Co-construction and advocacy, to encourage meetings and alliances between organizations sharing a common goal. It’s also about building human resources capacity in forward-looking fields such as the social and solidarity economy, sustainable tourism, social inclusion through sport, etc.
- Operational implementation of public policies, which, in an iterative process, enables to adjust orientations as necessary in response to feedback from the field.
- Support for impact projects, providing added value to ensure their success, from design to implementation and ex-post evaluation
